WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Voice of Customer & Product Strategy
Act as the primary voice of the customer gathering insights from clinicians and sales teams.
Translate market needs into product enhancements and new development opportunities.
Maintain and evolve product roadmaps aligned with market demand and business objectives.
Portfolio Management & Execution
Manage day-to-day performance of assigned product lines ensuring alignment with customer needs and profitability targets.
Oversee product updates and lifecycle changes with minimal disruption to customers.
Support competitive positioning and value proposition development.
Commercial Support & Market Access
Assist in preparing and reviewing complex bid submissions and tenders.
Ensure product positioning aligns with pricing strategy and competitive dynamics.
Support sales enablement through clear messaging and product knowledge.
Analytics & Business Planning
Build demand models and forecasts to support inventory planning and supply chain alignment.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
Use data to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives.

Education & Training
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (Science Engineering Business).
Work Experience & Accomplishments
35 years of experience in medical device product management or marketing.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare environment.
Demonstrated ability to support product launches and lifecycle management.
Exposure to hospital procurement processes and tender submissions.
Skills & Competencies
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
