We are hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Closer to connect with property owners and heirs build trust quickly and close deals. This is a high-performance rolenot entry-levelideal for candidates who are strong on the phone and driven by results.
What Youll Do
- Handle 3075 outbound calls daily
- Conduct 2050 meaningful conversations with leads
- Build rapport and guide prospects through the contract process
- Review obituaries and family relationships to identify decision-makers
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12 years cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Real estate background (REQUIRED)
- Experience with Surplus Funds / Unclaimed Funds (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
- Fluent English (Grade A) with a natural US-facing tone
- Comfortable with high call volume performance metrics
- Reliable internet backup power headset

Required Skills:
We require candidates to have at least 1-2 years of experience in an executive administrative role with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or Title Companies.
