Job Summary
We are looking for an application engineer with advanced skills in ABAP development in SAP. The engineer will understand business requirements and translate them into new effective and operational IT plans. The focus will be on utilizing cloud native technologies and integration platforms to develop enhance and maintain internal business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain applications using ABAP language on SAP S/4 HANA.
- Collaborate with other developers architects and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build test and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance scalability and security.
- Perform analysis of expensive ABAP programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and integration platforms.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for application development and integration.
Requirements
- Experience in detailed design using SAP.
Desired Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience in ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects.
- Experience in implementing SAP BTP.
- Able to customize SAP FI/SD/MM modules independently.
- Hands on experience in analyzing expensive SQL statements.
