The Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation team is responsible for designing and scaling the operating model for how CoreWeave plans sources builds and delivers data center capacity for our customers. We partner closely with Supply Chain Product Engineering Data Center Operations and Enterprise Engineering to turn strategy into execution and measurable impact.
About the role:
As the Senior Manager Supply Chain Risk Resilience & Compliance you will lead the strategy governance and roadmap across key programs that strengthen supply chain resilience improve the internal control environment and build scalable governance for business continuity and circularity. This role is responsible for establishing the frameworks operating mechanisms and cross-functional partnerships needed to identify and monitor supply chain risk improve compliance readiness support continuity planning and standardize end-of-life asset processes across the network.
Supply Chain Risk Resilience & Governance
- Own the strategy governance and roadmap for supply chain risk management and resilience.
- Design and mature the supply chain risk monitoring framework and control tower.
- Establish risk indicators escalation paths reporting cadences and mitigation governance across supplier site country tariff and other supply chain risk domains.
- Partner with Supply Chain Procurement and Market Intelligence to translate risk insights into action and prioritization.
- Define and track metrics to measure risk exposure mitigation progress & resilience maturity.
Controls Compliance & Business Continuity
- Own the governance model for supply chain related SOX controls audit readiness and process compliance.
- Lead process and tooling improvements that strengthen control effectiveness and scalability.
- Serve as the supply chain lead for business continuity and ISO-related coordination including alignment on risks dependencies recovery requirements and continuity planning.
- Partner with Finance Internal Audit IT and process owners to drive remediation standardization and ongoing compliance.
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting for controls health remediation status and compliance performance.
Circularity & Decommission Governance
- Own the strategy and governance for circularity & decommission processes across sites.
- Establish standardized internal processes from identification of waste through pickup disposition auditability and reporting.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across operations sustainability IT finance and external partners.
- Oversee process adherence audit mechanisms and performance reporting for end-of-life asset management.
- Define the reporting methodology and metrics for quarterly and annual sustainability outcomes including processed reused recycled and landfilled materials.

You are a structured cross-functional leader who can build order from ambiguity and translate broad business needs into scalable programs. You are equally comfortable setting strategy designing governance improving process discipline and driving execution through influence. You bring strong judgment analytical rigor and a practical approach to building resilient operating models in fast-scaling environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering Finance Accounting Information Systems Operations or a related field.
- 10 years of experience across supply chain procurement operations risk mgmt. compliance internal controls business continuity sustainability or related functions.
- Experience building or scaling cross-functional programs governance frameworks and operating processes.
- Strong experience with supply chain risk management supplier risk resilience or operational risk programs.
- Working knowledge of internal controls audit readiness remediation management and process compliance.
- Experience developing KPIs dashboards executive reporting SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Team management and leadership experience
- Experience in cloud infrastructure data centers semiconductors hardware manufacturing or other capital-intensive operational environments.
- Familiarity with supply chain risk monitoring platforms control tower tools or similar intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with business continuity frameworks and standards including ISO 22301 concepts.
- Experience with circularity reverse logistics decommission IT asset disposition or sustainability reporting.
- Professional certifications in supply chain audit risk compliance or business continuity are a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $161000 to $237000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
