Location: Salt Lake City UT
Schedule: Day Shift MondayFriday (flexibility based on business needs)

Position Summary
The Operations Manager is a key leader at the Salt Lake City Distribution Center responsible for daily and nightly warehouse operations across one or more functional areas including receiving order fulfillment and shipping. This role ensures safe efficient and compliant operations while developing frontline leaders and driving performance across service quality cost and employee engagement.
What Youll Do
Distribution Center Operations
- Lead and oversee daytoday operations within assigned functional areas
- Drive performance to meet productivity service quality and cost targets
- Implement operational improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
People Leadership
- Lead and develop managers supervisors and frontline leaders
- Foster a positive inclusive and highperformance culture
- Support workforce planning hiring training coaching and succession development
- Enhance employee engagement and retention
Safety & Compliance
- Champion McKessons safety and security culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Maintain audit readiness and promote best practices in safety
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in a distribution logistics or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead teams drive performance and deliver operational results
- Strong communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
