• Lead support and motivate the Restoration Division to achieve customer satisfaction revenue growth and profitability
• Maintain consistent communication with management staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit train and develop team members to build a strong high-performing workforce
• Ensure compliance with all legal safety and regulatory requirements in partnership with leadership
• Oversee maintenance of facilities vehicles equipment and inventory
• Track analyze and report key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes productivity and organizational capacity
• Continuously develop leadership management and restoration expertise

• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• 2 years of management experience
• At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  
  Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
