POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Associate will assist the Marketing Director in managing all day-to-day aspects of the marketing department by assisting with club requests submitting orders creating content reviewing materials before distribution and deploying email campaigns. For this role the associate must understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers behavior. They should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to write and edit high quality business appropriate copy. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- $70304-$80850based on relevant experience to the role plus bonus. Full-time hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns including digital print and event marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Draft proofread and edit marketing materials such as social media
posts email campaigns website copy and promotional materials. - Email Marketing: Develop and execute automated email campaigns triggered by specific customer behaviors to increase engagement and drive repeat business.
- Data Management and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics examining email open rates click rates and other performance indicators to optimize future efforts.
- Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategy development identify trends and position the brand more effectively.
- Customer Surveys: Assist with the design and implementation of customer and member surveys to gather actionable insights and improve satisfaction.
- Social Media & Email Marketing: Develop relevant content topics to reach target customers via email and social
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales product development) to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing calendars organize promotional materials and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing advertising or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads Facebook Business Manager or HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
