Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and creates a strong pool of candidates for our organizations current and future hiring needs; also innovatively sources candidates through a variety of channels.

• Responsible for advertising recruitment needs for external positions sourcing potential candidates through various channels including social media.
• Evaluate applicant qualifications by partnering with hiring managers to interview applicants analyze applicant responses and compare qualifications to the position requirements.
• Improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition processes and procedures.
• Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events; foster a collaborative presence when possible.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Ensure we avoid foreseeable legal challenges by understanding current legislation/regulations.
• Ensure others (i.e. hiring managers) involved in the recruitment process (i.e. interviews) are trained to engage with candidates appropriately.

• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Recruitment or similar position preferred
• Professional certification preferred (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR SPHR etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong computer skills and prior experience managing an ATS.
• Ability to work successfully both as an independent contributor and as a team member
• Ability to manage information with integrity and confidentiality
