Summary

Join a respected family law practice known for handling complex high-stakes matters with a client-centered and compassionate approach. This role offers hands-on exposure to litigation negotiation and strategy in divorce and family law cases ideal for an attorney who thrives in fast-paced emotionally nuanced environments.

What Youll Do

Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce custody and support.
Draft motions pleadings and legal documents.
Conduct depositions and prepare case strategy.
Represent clients in court hearings negotiations and proceedings.
Advise clients on legal options and case developments.
Perform legal research and case analysis.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive case outcomes.

What Youll Need

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active New Jersey Bar license.
Family law experience handling divorce custody and support matters.
Experience drafting motions and managing litigation workflows.
Strong client communication and case management skills.
