Provide patient care in a high volume spine focused outpatient clinic
See 20 or more patients per day including consults follow ups and post procedure visits
Prepare patients for injections and surgical procedures
Assist with procedures or surgical cases if desired
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive spine care
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery expectations
Participate in a fast paced team oriented environment
Requirements
Licensed Physician Assistant
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Interest or experience in spine neurosurgery or orthopedic care
New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
Ability to manage patient volume efficiently
Strong communication and patient care skills
Benefits
Base salary DOE
Quarterly bonus at 10 percent of collections above patient threshold
Flexible weekday schedule 8 to 4 or 9 to 5
No call and no hospital rounding
