What You Will Be Doing
Act as the business leader / “mini-CEO” for the REM division
Own full P&L responsibility for a $50M business unit
Lead sales operations across retail warehouse and fulfillment
Growth & Expansion
Drive branch expansion strategy (1 → 3–4 locations) in Metro Atlanta
Identify market opportunities and support new store launches
Build scalable systems to support multi-unit growth
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies (target 10–12% YoY post ramp-up)
Lead pricing promotions and local market initiatives
Grow B2B customer base (restaurants contractors business owners)
