Summary

Join CentraCares Integrated Behavioral Health team within the Neurosciences Headache Clinic and provide outpatient diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services to patients impacted by complex headache and migraine conditions. This role is embedded in a rapidly expanding interdisciplinary program focused on comprehensive patient-centered care and gives you the opportunity to participate in Biofeedback& Relaxation Techniques.

In this position the psychologist collaborates closely with the Headache care team to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy participate in biofeedback and relaxation-based interventions and support patients through same-day needs and crisis situations. CentraCare provides training and onboarding in biofeedback techniques allowing providers to expand clinical skills while contributing to a multidisciplinary innovative care model.

Schedule

• Full-time 80 hours per pay period Onsite CentraCare Headache Clinic St. Cloud MN

• MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.

  • Outpatient clinic-based role within the Neurosciences Headache Center

  • Hybrid schedule available with 12 days of telehealth per week

Psychologist Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$94394.25 - $141580.42 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Psychologist

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Minimum of one-year experience is required.
• Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred
• Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).

Psychotherapist

• Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.

• State of Minnesota licensure required need to have one of the following:

• The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Minimum of one-year experience required.

• Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.

Department Information

CentraCares Integrated Behavioral Health program embeds behavioral health professionals directly within primary care clinics to provide timely coordinated support for patients with medical and behavioral health needs. We emphasize brief intervention motivational interviewing and evidence-based therapeutic approaches while also supporting resident education staff development and same-day crisis response. Providers work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on access continuity and whole-person care.
