Job Summary
Come and join our Y team as our Property Manager in Onalaska and help make a difference in our members experiences by maintaining our building and property at the Houser branch.
This position is a full-time hourly position working 40 hours per week and may include some evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Repair and perform maintenance on all equipment
- Report maintain and preventative procedures for swimming pool including pumps filters motors plumbing and chemical balancing
- Maintain exterior grounds including grass cutting shrubs and snow removal
- Electrical & Lightingpreventative maintenance maintain repair or replace lighting as needed
- Maintain HVAC systems though filter changes coil cleaning and preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Two years of education in a related field and / or 3 years experience in a related field
- Experience in an carpentry aquatic facility or pool operations is preferred
- Technical skills in the areas of electrical controls pneumatics plumbing HVAC and boiler operations
