Position Overview
We are seeking a functional medicine-focused physician who can operate at both a high clinical and strategic level.
This role involves delivering a premium concierge-level patient experience translating complex diagnostics into actionable care plans and guiding patients toward advanced treatment options that support long-term health and performance.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Physicals
Conduct comprehensive executive physicals interpret advanced diagnostics and deliver high-touch consultation experiences.
Lab Reviews
Translate complex clinical data into clear actionable recommendations for patients.
Treatment Planning & Longevity Programs
Develop and recommend personalized wellness and longevity plans incorporating:
Supplementation
Lifestyle modification
Peptides and hormone optimization
IV therapy
Cryotherapy red light therapy infrared sauna
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Advanced regenerative and therapeutic services
Patient Experience
Deliver a high-end concierge-level patient experience with a focus on trust education and long-term relationships.
Collaboration
Work closely with leadership care coordination teams and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
MD or DO with a background or strong interest in Functional Integrative or Preventive Medicine
Active Florida medical license
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical information
Comfortable recommending comprehensive high-value care plans
Passion for longevity performance optimization and patient-centered care
Success Metrics
Patient conversion to care plans and services
Revenue per patient
Patient retention and satisfaction
Follow-up compliance and long-term outcomes
