Position Overview
As a Team Member at sneakybird you play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience. Youll be responsible for preparing food taking orders maintaining cleanliness and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a positive and energetic attitude
- Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently
- Prepare food according to sneakybird standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
- Keep the restaurant clean stocked and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell menu items (drinks cookies sauces etc.) to enhance the guest experience
- Assist teammates and contribute to a strong team environment
