Job Summary

We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to perform independent medical evaluations in Lubbock TX on Saturdays. These exams will be performed for Social Security disability applicants.

You will not be prescribing medications
You will not be treating patients
You will not be establishing a provider-patient relationship

We have shifts available on 2 or 3 Saturdays each month. We generally schedule shifts out 1 or 2 months in advance and can work with you to try and get the number of shifts you desire. Exams are scheduled in 20 minute intervals from 8am to 6pm.
Total compensation for a day will be in the $800 to $1000 range with 20 - 25 exams completed on average with a pay level of $40 per exam.

Requirements

Active unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and board certification

Ability to perform independent medical evaluations and complete detailed documentation

Professional objective approach to Social Security disability exams
