The Country Club of Buffalo is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our garden team for the upcoming season. This role assists with maintaining the landscape and gardens across the clubs property. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors gardening landscaping and being a part of a team.

GROUNDS HORTICULTURE TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with the installation of seasonal flowers and landscape displays.
• Watering weeding deadheading and general plant care.
• Mulching garden beds trimming hedges and shrubs.
• String Trimming around landscape areas and garden beds.
• Debris cleanup and general property upkeep.

GROUNDS HORTICULTURE TEAM MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in landscaping horticulture outdoor work.
• Ability to work physical outdoor work.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Landscaping or garden experience is a plus but not required.

The Clubs amenities include golf tennis swimming trap skeet five-stand and brushwalk sport shooting six overnight guest rooms and paddle tennis. The Duane Lyman designed Clubhouse encompasses 55000 square feet featuring stately living rooms three dining rooms and various private party rooms. The Clubs revenues are approximately $9 million annually including $3 million in food and beverage.
