Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and daily routines
- Support multiple classrooms as needed to maintain proper teacher-to-child ratios
- Help supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being
- Assist with activities such as art reading playtime and learning centers
- Help with classroom organization cleaning and sanitizing
- Support transitions such as outdoor play meals naps and bathroom routines
- Provide a positive nurturing and engaging environment for all children
- Follow all licensing safety and center policies
