Commercial Construction Superintendent

Were seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to support one of our respected clients known for delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects. This team operates with a strong field-first mentality emphasizing execution accountability and collaboration across every phase of the build. Youll be stepping into a role where your impact on-site directly drives project success and client satisfaction.

Objective
Lead daily field operations on multifamily construction projects ensuring work is executed safely efficiently and in alignment with project milestones while maintaining strong coordination across all trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities ensuring work progresses according to schedule and quality standards
  
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors enforcing productivity sequencing and site logistics
  
• Maintain and update project schedules while identifying and addressing potential delays
  
• Utilize Procore and related tools to track progress document field activity and communicate updates
  
• Monitor installation and coordination of MEP systems to ensure proper integration and compliance
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction field leadership
  
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain control of active jobsites
  
• Experience supporting project delivery from ground-up through completion
  
• Familiarity with Primavera for scheduling and project tracking
  
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination practices
  
• Ability to manage budgets and track jobsite performance metrics
  
• Experience working closely with project managers and field teams
  
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts
