Sr Construction Estimator

Were seeking a Sr Construction Estimator to support one of our top-performing clients known for delivering large-scale commercial and multifamily projects. This team is recognized for its disciplined preconstruction approach and ability to win and execute complex work. Youll play a key role in shaping project strategy and setting the foundation for successful builds.

Objective
Lead the estimating process for large construction projects driving accurate cost development competitive bid strategy and seamless transition into project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and multifamily construction projects
  
• Develop and manage bid packages ensuring full scope coverage and competitive pricing
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors during procurement and bid phases
  
• Analyze project documents drawings and specifications to identify risks and opportunities
  
• Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting value engineering and scope alignment
  

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction or multifamily estimating
  
• Background working on large complex construction projects
  
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes and subcontractor solicitation
  
• Experience with Timberline or similar estimating software
  
• Ability to interpret plans specifications and construction documents
  
• Experience supporting procurement and preconstruction activities
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
