Construction Project Engineer

Were seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support one of our well-established clients delivering multifamily construction projects. This team is known for developing strong project engineers into future leaders through hands-on involvement across all phases of construction. Youll be part of a collaborative environment where learning accountability and execution are equally valued.

Objective
Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout by coordinating documentation tracking progress and ensuring alignment between field operations and project plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination including submittals RFIs and document control
  
• Support preconstruction efforts such as scope review takeoffs and vendor communication
  
• Track project progress and maintain accurate reporting using project management tools
  
• Work closely with field teams to ensure alignment between plans and execution
  
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout deliverables
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with a General Contractor on construction projects
  
• Background supporting multifamily construction projects
  
• Strong proficiency in Procore for project tracking and documentation
  
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
  
• Understanding of construction documents drawings and specifications
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
