Job Summary

Job Title: Sr SAP Scrum Master for Migration Project

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of
education and work experience
4-8 years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
Skills and knowledge of servant leadership situational awareness conflict resolution continual
improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies processes and tools in a cross-
functional organization

Superior analytical problem solving and communication skills
Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
Participation in scaled agile frameworks
Skills Licenses & Certifications
Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM SSM or other scrum certification)
Language Communication Skills & Physical Abilities
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
