Job Description

What you will be doing:

Advise insurance companies in a variety of coverage matters.
Represent insurance companies in coverage disputes.
Analyze coverage issues.
Draft coverage opinions pleadings and dispositive motions.
Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
Take and defend depositions.
Attend court conferences.
Argue motions.

Experience you will need:

At least seven years of insurance coverage experience.
Experience analyzing coverage issues.
Experience drafting coverage opinions pleadings and dispositive motions.
Experience conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
Experience taking and defending depositions.
Experience attending court conferences.
Experience arguing motions.
