Job Description

What you will be doing:

Propose litigation strategy
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Draft reports pleadings discovery and motions
Take and defend depositions
Argue motions
Participate in mediations and trials

Experience you will need:

At least two years of strong litigation experience
Admitted and in good standing in California
Additional admissions in other states a plus
