| Job Description |
What you will be doing: - Lead portfolio-wide budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking financial and operational KPIs
- Monitor occupancy rate trends revenue mix and margin performance across properties
- Analyze rent rolls pricing strategy labor performance and expense controls
- Prepare investment committee and board materials
- Own recurring reporting packages
- Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts
Experience you will need: - 2–5 years of experience in FP&A real estate finance asset management or investment analysis
- Strong Power BI experience (DAX Power Query dashboard builds)
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with strong structure and formatting standards
- Ability to work with large imperfect datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
