What you will be doing: Physical Therapy Assistant PTA - Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities.
- Take into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs.
- Utilize skills in patient/client treatment and professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individuals functional level and potential.
Experience you will need: Physical Therapy Assistant P.T.A. - Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
