MONDAYS / TUESDAYS / WEDNESDAYS
Part Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What began as a food truck has grown into multiple metropolitan locations with ongoing expansion through franchising. POSITION OVERVIEW : As a Service Team Member at Green The Grain youll be the face of our brand. Were looking for warm energetic individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and are passionate about food hospitality and teamwork. Youll work the front line preparing premium flavorful salads wraps while delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in efficiency friendliness and care.
SERVICE TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES :
Follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene practices
Greet guests with a warm friendly attitude creating a positive first impression
Provide excellent customer service and menu knowledge to guide guest choices
Build salads wraps to menu standard with speed and precision following recipes and modifications accurately.
Ensure accurate portioning presentation and freshness of every order
Toss mix and assemble salads according to menu standards and guest modifications
Fulfill online and third party delivery orders quickly and correctly using POS and order screens
Accurately package and hand off online orders for customer pickups and delivery drivers
Maintain awareness of line flow and customer volumesupport teammates to keep service running smoothly
Rotate ingredients using FIFO method and monitor freshness throughout the day
Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout service
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests team members management
Assist team and management with miscellaneous side work during slower periods of your shift (e.g. stocking cleaning organizing light prep)
Report equipment or food quality issues to the manager on duty
Assist with mid shift and closing duties including cleaning and restocking
QUALIFICATIONS :
Friendly positive attitude and strong team player mentality
Commitment to cleanliness food safety and quality standards
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to read and follow recipes and online /digital order systems
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
Ability to take initiative and adapt to shifting priorities during service
Serve Safe or other food handler certifications are a bonus but not required
Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to cross train and support multiple roles as needed
Eagerness to learn grow and be part of a mission driven team
