Relocation: Available (interstate & international)
About the Role
As an OT at Connect2Care youll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community telehealth and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities:
Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics adults)
Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
Provide AT assessments and recommendations
Write clear timely reports
Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
Collaborate with families referrers and other stakeholders
Engage in regular supervision and professional development
New Graduate Program
We make your transition to clinical practice seamless and supportive with a 12-month program that includes:
Comprehensive induction week
Weekly 1:1 supervision
Shadowing opportunities
Core skills training internal PD
Fortnightly group mentoring
Mental health check-ins
Access to multidisciplinary senior clinician support

Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
WWCC NDIS Worker Screening Police Check
Drivers license reliable vehicle
Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
