Job Summary

We are looking for an EOS-aligned Sales Closer who thrives on high-level problem-solving and radical this seat you are not a "pitchman"you are a Strategic Consultant responsible for uncovering the friction points holding Amazon brands back and architecting the bridge to their success.

You are the first point of real connection a prospect has with our agency. Your goal is to move away from scripted pitches and toward deep honest diagnosis. By identifying a prospects true pain points and building a foundation of trust you ensure that every brand we onboard is set up for a long-term win. If you are a high-accountability closer who believes a "sale" is the start of a partnership youll fit right in.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Strategic Calls: Conduct focused calls that prioritize the issues that matter most to the prospect avoiding time wasted on irrelevant topics. Ensure calls do not feel "blind" or scripted but rather reflect a genuine care for the issues the prospect is dealing with.
  • Address Prospect Pain: Dig deep into the customers specific Amazon business situation to identify the root cause of their challenges. Document these pain points thoroughly to use as the foundation for sales presentations. Use this information to be as helpful as possible ensuring the service offered directly addresses their unique struggles.
  • Follow up on Leads: Pre-Close: Ensure no customer is forgotten by securing permission to follow up at a convenient time when objections remain. Efficiency: Practice "BAMFAM" (Book A Meeting From A Meeting) to eliminate inefficient blind outreach. Post-Close: Check back in after onboarding to ensure everything is running smoothly and to foster the ongoing relationship.
  • Get Referrals: Solicit feedback on how things are going once the client is onboarded. Identify satisfied clients and proactively ask for names and contact information of others who could benefit from the services. Request referrals at two key stages: immediately after the close and again during the post-onboarding follow-up.
  • Close New Clients: Transition prospects from identified pain to a closed deal by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs. Successfully onboard new clients and bridge the gap between the initial sale and the long-term partnership.
