Travel Specialist Luxury Hotel Collection Nairobi Kenya

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Travel Specialist for a luxury hotel collection based in Nairobi. This hybrid role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong tourism experience a passion for travel and a desire to drive business growth in Kenya.

The successful candidate will manage travel-related enquiries build relationships with clients and agents and support the sales and reservations teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client and trade enquiries for luxury hotel stays and experiences

Promote and sell the hotel collection to drive business growth in Kenya

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents corporate clients and partners

Coordinate travel itineraries reservations and special requests for guests

Provide personalised service and advice to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise occupancy and revenue

Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy

Maintain accurate records reports and communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong tourism or travel industry experience

Passion for people travel and delivering exceptional experiences

Self-starter with a forward-thinking and proactive approach

Flexible adaptable and able to work within structured frameworks

Driven and motivated to grow business in Kenya

Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills

Must be local to Nairobi

Available to start immediately
