Our client is a construction company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Investment Research & Product Development
Lead the research evaluation and control of planning concept proposals for real estate projects ensuring products are highly competitive aligned with customer preferences market trends and business efficiency objectives.
Develop product portfolios project pipelines and business models in line with the Groups strategic direction and regulatory requirements.
Sales & Marketing Operations
Advise the Board of Management on quarterly and annual business plans for the division.
Oversee and take full responsibility for the business performance of all real estate projects (sales leasing etc.) across the Company.
Review control and approve marketing plans to ensure creativity effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Direct and manage sales operations across regions in alignment with approved plans and budgets.
Establish KPI systems sales policies commission structures and incentive schemes.
Monitor and take responsibility for cash flow performance on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Ensure all products launched to the market fully comply with legal requirements committed timelines and quality standards.
Perform other strategic assignments as directed by the Board of Directors.

Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Marketing or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry including at least 3 years in senior executive roles (Deputy CEO CEO or equivalent) at real estate developers.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and its cycles.
Proven ability in project financial analysis and investment efficiency evaluation.
Extensive network of partners and distribution agencies.
Strong leadership capability with experience in training developing and managing high-performing teams.

Required Skills:
1. Experience Minimum 10 years in industrial automation manufacturing solutions or industrial equipment sales. At least 5 years in leadership roles managing sales or technical teams. 2. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of: Factory automation systems Smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Manufacturing digitalization Industrial energy efficiency and sustainability Experience working with manufacturing customers in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is highly preferred. 3. Leadership & Business Skills Strong leadership and organizational development capabilities. Proven experience in solution sales and key account management. Strategic thinking with strong business development skills. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and complex projects. 4. Language Skills Fluent in English. Vietnamese preferred.
