Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects with full accountability for CSA (Civil Structural & Architectural) scope.
- Oversee project planning budgeting scheduling and execution to ensure delivery within time cost and quality targets.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including CSA consultants contractors and subcontractors.
- Provide technical leadership on CSA design ensuring compliance with data centre standards codes and client requirements.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise cost efficiency and constructibility.
- Interface with clients stakeholders and authorities to ensure smooth approvals and project alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety health environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Lead procurement strategy and oversee contract administration for CSA packages.
- Mentor and develop project teams ensuring high performance and capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CSA roles with proven track record in data centre project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of CSA design construction methodologies and data centre standards (Tier III/IV preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale complex projects and teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
