Job Overview
The Partner Growth Marketing Specialist supports the integration of top technology partners into Softchoices demand generation programs and digital sales channels. This role ensures partner technologies are effectively represented in mid- and bottom-of-funnel program activities to drive engagement leads and digital revenue across our website e-commerce platform and SAM hub.
Working closely with Solution Marketing Growth Marketing Partner Alliance Managers and Category teams the Specialist executes program aligned tactics and digital enablement activities that strengthen customer adoption of partner technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Alignment
Act as a liaison with top technology partners to align messaging priorities and investments with demand generation programs.
Collaborate with Solution Marketing Partner Alliance Managers and Category teams to ensure partner offerings complement Softchoices solutions.
Identify and address gaps in partner integration across programs.
Demand Generation Support
Provide partner technology insights during program planning to inform segmentation and content needs.
Execute program-aligned tactics for consideration and evaluation stages.
Track partner-specific KPIs and ensure they contribute to overall program performance.
Digital Sales Enablement
Work with e-commerce and web teams to optimize partner offerings for digital discovery and conversion.
Support SAM hub initiatives that promote partner procurement pathways.
Monitor digital sales performance and provide insights to improve partner visibility and conversion.
Program Execution
Integrate partner technologies into demand generation programs ensuring alignment with audience needs and funnel strategy.
Coordinate with execution teams (events SEO paid media content) to ensure consistent partner representation.
Build and manage mid to bottom-of-funnel program-aligned engagement tactics that connect partner technologies to Softchoice services.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Category RGM and Sales teams to embed partner technologies into sales narratives.
Share partner performance insights with internal teams and partner stakeholders.
Qualifications
35 years of experience in partner marketing demand generation or digital marketing in a B2B environment.
Understanding of technology partner ecosystems and solution-based selling.
Experience supporting digital marketing execution and sales enablement.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to draft clear basic marketing assets such as emails landing pages and short-form program copy.
Required Skills:
