Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all website-generated orders end-to-end.
- Validate Apple product configurations with precision.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with clients at every stage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-time delivery.
- Track orders flag potential risks early and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure every order is completed correctly and closed properly.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously without losing control.
- Confident and professional communication with clients.
- Accountable takes ownership and follows through.
- Fast and efficient but never careless.
