Job Summary
To deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring on-the-floor stock availability contributing to increased sales and minimizing losses.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Greet smile and acknowledge customers
- Understand the store layout and direct customers to products effectively
Store Disciplines & Productivity
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
- Maintain merchandising principles at all times
- Ensure all items are correctly ticketed
Risk & Compliance
- Accurately receive and check all store deliveries according to store manual procedures
- Conduct accurate stock counts and check product expiry dates
- Assist at point of sale including cash handling and cash-ups
Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum 1 year retail experience
A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
Basic computer literacy
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
Competency Assessment Achieved
