Establish enterprisewide governance frameworks that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Advise senior management and the Board on emerging cyber threats risk posture and digital transformation priorities.
Lead planning for technology investments budgets and capital expenditure to strengthen cyber resilience.
Oversee IT infrastructure including networks cloud platforms data centres and enduser technologies.
Drive system lifecycle management upgrades and vendor performance to maintain operational excellence.
Lead vulnerability management incident response and resilience initiatives across the organisation.
Act as the primary liaison with regulators auditors and external agencies on cybersecurity matters.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT and cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including Board and regulator engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field (Masters preferred). 10 years of progressive experience in IT and cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and frameworks. Strong stakeholder management skills including Board and regulator engagement.
