Job Summary
Objectives & Role Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for achieving annual sales objectives within an assigned customer base including strategic key accounts in the Malaysian market. The role focuses heavily on high-level customer relationship management precise sales execution and the promotion of a premium portfolio of vision care products.

Key Activities & Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Execution:
Achieve annual sales targets through disciplined journey planning and objective setting.
Execute quarterly marketing and promotional objectives using Persuasive Selling Skills (PSS).
Maintain or increase "customer share of spend" by aligning product offerings with market trends.
Secure and maintain premium merchandising space and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) within territory outlets.
Relationship & Intelligence Management:
Build and sustain strong business relationships with key account customers and stakeholders.
Gather and report business intelligence to support broader commercial strategies.
Understand customer profiles to develop tailored daily call planning routines.
Operational & Administrative Support:
Master (SFDC) to manage inventory selling objectives and sell-through reports.
Provide operational support regarding sales ordering product exchanges credit terms and sales collections.
Promptly report any adverse events or product complaints in accordance with local and global compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales Science or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in sales key account management or customer-facing roles.
Direct experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical or vision care sectors is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue within strategic accounts.
Experience working with distributors retailers or optical outlets is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems specifically Salesforce is an advantage.
Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
Ability to execute tailored sales strategies for diverse key accounts.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Customer Relationship Management: Conduct detailed product presentations to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and retail customers. Understand unique customer needs to provide tailored solutions and operational support. Maintain solid business relationships and gather local market intelligence. Operational Excellence: Master CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage inventory selling objectives and sell-through reports. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to management. Manage end-to-end administrative processes including order processing product exchanges and credit collections. Ensure prompt reporting of product complaints or adverse events in compliance with global standards. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales key account management or customer-facing roles. Proven track record in the Healthcare or FMCG sector is highly preferred. Hands-on experience in managing distributors retailers or optical outlets is desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a significant advantage.
