Job Summary

Purpose of Job :

  • To drive the growth of the Life Science product portfolio by integrating technical knowledge marketing strategies and commercial execution. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing within an assigned territory ensuring effective product positioning customer engagement and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Companys Life Science product portfolio and services
  • Drive sales performance by managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closingwithin the designated territory to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts including ownership of specific product lines ensuring long-term engagement and business retention
  • Promote and position products and solutions effectively by aligning customer needs with appropriate technical and commercial offerings
  • Conduct product presentations pre-sales demonstrations and customer engagements using effective technical selling skills
  • Identify new business opportunities follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers key opinion leaders and stakeholders ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and positioning
  • Support product launches promotional activities and market expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing application and service) to support projects and tenders
  • Willing to travel outstation as required and possess own transportation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior


Requirements

Skill Required :
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and handle customer issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently while managing assigned tasks accounts and responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of Life Science products (e.g. Flow Cytometry Protein Analysis Cell Biology) is an advantage
  • Proactive adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Qualification :
  • Bachelors Degree in Science or equivalent; preferably in Life Sciences Biomedical Sciences or related fields
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in research marketing or sales of Life Science products will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of standard scientific methods techniques reagents and laboratory equipment is preferred
  • Exposure or knowledge in Cell Therapy Cell Culture Flow Cytometry and/or Protein Analysis will be an added advantage

Skill Required: - Knowledge of products - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to read and write report - Have an analytical and innovative mind - Planning problem solving and negotiation skills - Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Other Attributes: - Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally. - Responsible independent and well-organized. Qualification: - Bachelor of Science equivalent or higher; preferably in the area of Life Science or Biomedical Sciences; Minimum 5 years experience in doing research or marketing of Life Science products will be an advantage; Knowledgeable in standard scientific methods techniques reagents or equipment relevant to cell biology.
