Salary: 25-30k per month
We are seeking a motivated Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team in this role you will play a pivotal part in guiding prospective students through their educational journey providing expert advice on course selection and driving enrollment growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct informative sessions webinars and one-on-one consultations to showcase course offerings
- Drive student enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives
- Monitor enrollment trends and provide feedback to optimize conversion rates
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field
- 12 years of experience in sales preferably within EdTech education services or financial services
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
