Responsibilities:
- Execute daily delivery assignments with accuracy and timeliness adhering to scheduled pickup and drop-off windows.
- Maintain and operate a personal motorcycle in safe roadworthy condition ensuring compliance with all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Use a company-provided or approved mobile application to receive track and confirm delivery orders in real time.
- Safely handle and transport goods ensuring proper packaging temperature control (if applicable) and secure storage during transit.
- Communicate proactively with customers and dispatch teams regarding delivery status delays or special instructions.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional appearance and vehicle at all times.
- Report any incidents damages or operational issues immediately to the relevant team.
- Adhere strictly to company policies on conduct punctuality and route optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on delivery routes customer experiences and operational challenges.

Requirements:
- 13 years of relevant experience in delivery logistics or a similar field (prior experience in food retail or e-commerce delivery is highly preferred).
- Valid and active motorcycle driving license with a proven track record of safe riding.
- Demonstrated discipline reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional punctuality and time management skills with the ability to meet tight delivery windows consistently.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for navigation order tracking and communication.
