The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Unity and C# practical experience in XR development and a good understanding of multiplayer systems.
This role requires someone who can build scalable interactive experiences work efficiently and use modern AI tools such as LLMs to accelerate development workflows. Knowledge of MCP servers and the ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain XR multiplayer applications using Unity
Write clean efficient and scalable code in C#
Implement core gameplay interaction systems and networking features
Optimize performance for XR platforms
Use LLMs and AI-assisted workflows to improve development speed and productivity
Work with or integrate systems related to MCP servers
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Unity development
Strong programming skills in C#
Experience working on XR projects such as VR AR or MR applications
Experience building or contributing to multiplayer projects

Knowledge or understanding of MCP servers
