Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with strong Java full stack expertise and hands on experience in AI/ML / GenAI to build scalable applications and intelligent features for enterprise grade systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Java based microservices and high performance applications (Spring Boot J2EE).
Build and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch scikit learn or XGBoost.
Contribute to GenAI initiatives (LLMs RAG agents vector DBs).
Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices CI/CD pipelines model monitoring and versioning.
Collaborate with product data and architecture teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions.
Mentor engineers and ensure code quality design reviews and best engineering practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

810 years of experience in software engineering; strong hands on Java expertise (Spring Boot REST APIs microservices).
4 years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML models.
Strong skills in Python/Java SQL and ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch scikit learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow Kubeflow Airflow).
Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Nice to Have
Experience in telecom or enterprise SaaS domains.
Exposure to real time streaming (Kafka).
