Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with clients and closing sales over calls and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers via calls emails and online platforms
- Generate and qualify leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Maintain and update customer database
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
