We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facility in Thengana Kerala. This role is critical in ensuring a safe supportive and structured living environment for students. The Residential Warden will serve as a key liaison between residents staff and administration fostering a positive and disciplined community. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to student welfare and campus safety.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management and operations of the residential facility
Ensure compliance with safety security and hygiene standards
Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
Serve as a point of contact for students parents and staff regarding residential concerns
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to support student success
Organize and supervise residential activities and events
Maintain accurate records of student attendance incidents and maintenance requests
Conduct regular inspections of living areas and report necessary repairs

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or student welfare management
Proven track record in maintaining discipline and promoting student well-being
