Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant with deep expertise in BeyondTrust Password Safe. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale IAM/PAM implementations define strategy and deliver secure scalable privileged access solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

IAM / PAM Architecture & Delivery

• Architect design and implement enterprise-scale IAM/PAM solutions
  
• Lead end-to-end delivery of BeyondTrust Password Safe implementations
  
• Define and drive IAM strategy roadmap and vendor selection
  
• Manage project deliverables independently and ensure successful execution
  

Implementation & Engineering

• Configure customize and develop PAM integrations and workflows
  
• Lead onboarding of:
  • Applications
    
  • Privileged accounts (Windows Linux/Unix Databases)
    
• Implement role-based access controls using Smart Rules
  
• Manage:
  • Access policies
    
  • Password policies
    
  • Session management and recording
    
• Perform advanced integrations with:
  • Ticketing tools
    
  • SIEM solutions
    
• Leverage APIs for automation and scalability
  

BeyondTrust Expertise

• Work extensively on:
  • Password Safe
    
  • PRA (Privileged Remote Access)
    
  • EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management)
    
  • PowerBroker
    
• Configure Jump technology for secure vendor access (VPN-less access)
  
• Deploy and migrate BeyondTrust appliances
  
• Perform:
  • Version upgrades

  • Troubleshooting and log analysis
    

Governance Compliance & Support

• Align PAM implementations with security policies and compliance standards
  
• Participate in audits and provide required documentation
  
• Create and maintain:

• Liaise with BeyondTrust support for issue resolution
  

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead requirements gathering workshops (onsite/offshore model)
  
• Provide expert consulting on complex IAM/PAM requirements
  
• Support RFPs presales and business development activities
  
• Drive process improvements compliance initiatives and reusability
  
• Contribute to thought leadership (whitepapers PoCs trainings)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors / Masters degree ( / / MS / MBA)
  
• 4 to 8 years of experience in IAM/PAM domain
  
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in BeyondTrust Password Safe
