Requirements

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IGA Consultant with strong hands-on experience in IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end identity governance solutions including lifecycle management access certifications and integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ / ISC solutions
  
• Perform application onboarding integration and access provisioning
  
• Design and implement:
  • Lifecycle events (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
    
  • Access certification campaigns
    
  • Roles and entitlements
    
  • Workflows and rules
    
• Develop and maintain custom rules workflows and reports
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements
  
• Ensure alignment with IGA policies including:
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
    
  • Access governance
    
  • Password management
    
• Participate in testing activities:
  • Unit Testing
    
  • QA Testing
    
  • UAT
    
  • Regression & Smoke Testing
    
• Work across global client environments (US / other geographies)
  
• Prepare and maintain:
  • Architecture diagrams
    
  • Design documents
    
  • User journeys
    

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 57 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
    
• Proven experience in:
  • Application onboarding
    
  • Lifecycle management (JML)
    
  • Access certifications
    
  • Roles & workflows
    
  • Rules development
    

Core IAM Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
    
  • Provisioning & de-provisioning
    
  • Lifecycle management
    
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)

Technical Skills

• Experience in at least one programming language:
  • Java / Python / C
