Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Coordinator to lead and inspire our early learning community. This role is critical in cultivating a warm inclusive and developmentally rich environment where young children thrive academically socially and emotionally. The Preschool Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing curriculum delivery guiding and mentoring teaching staff and fostering strong partnerships with parents and school leadership. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education the ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to holistic child development innovative teaching practices and continuous improvement in preschool education. This position plays a key role in shaping the foundation of lifelong learning and positive school culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood milestones.
- Lead daily classroom activities that encourage curiosity creativity and foundational skill-building.
- Mentor and support junior teaching staff through regular observations constructive feedback and professional growth initiatives.
- Maintain open consistent communication with parents to share progress address concerns and promote home-school collaboration.
- Create and sustain a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
- Contribute to curriculum reviews participate in staff meetings and support school-wide educational initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with institutional policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a preschool teacher or coordinator.
- Ability to implement research-based child-centric curriculum
- In-depth knowledge of child development stages and expertise in play-based inquiry-driven learning approaches.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools for instruction assessment and record-keeping.
