Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is required for the optical retail industry to drive sales assist customers in selecting eyewear products and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their eyewear needs
- Promote and sell optical products such as frames lenses and accessories
- Provide product knowledge and guide customers in choosing suitable options
- Maintain showroom display and ensure products are well-organized
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Handle billing and basic store operations
- Coordinate with optometrists (if available) for customer requirements
- Follow up with customers for repeat sales and service
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Prior experience in retail sales (optical industry preferred)
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products is an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS systems)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
