Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans assessments and instructional materials that promote conceptual clarity and application-based learning.
- Conduct regular classroom evaluations provide timely feedback and maintain accurate student records.
- Mentor students preparing for board exams competitive entrance exams (e.g. JEE MHT-CET) and internal assessments.
- Collaborate with the academic team to review and update curriculum content teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
- Participate in faculty meetings parent-teacher interactions and school-led academic initiatives.
Requirements
- Post Graduate Degree (. or M.A.) in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Valid . qualification or eligibility as per NCTE norms.
- 25 years of teaching experience in a junior college or equivalent academic institution preferably in the Maharashtra State Board system.
- Strong subject knowledge with a proven ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (e.g. Google Classroom MS Office LMS platforms).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving educational standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence.
- Preference for candidates with experience in coaching competitive exams or curriculum development.
