Role Expectations
- Manage 35 active IT roles at a time
- Deliver relevant candidate submissions within 48 hours
- Achieve minimum 2 placements per month
- Build and engage talent pipelines proactively (not just post jobs to job boards)
- Use AI tools for sourcing screening communication and efficiency
- Comfortable with ATS Automation & Workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 years of IT recruitment experience (5 years of contract hiring or client hiring)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn networking passive outreach)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with no supervision
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Adaptable to changing hiring requirements
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for recruiting
